You could try these, one is for the PET 700 and one is the PET 800
PET700 OPEN TRAY DOOR PRESS SET UP SELECT PREFERENCES PRESS 2,5,2,3,1,5 PRESS LEFT PRESS DOWN PRESS 0 WHEN SCREEN SHOWS REGION CODE PRESS SETUP TO EXIT
PET 800 SAME AS PET 700 EXCEPT STEP 4. CHANGE NUMBER 2,1,2,2,2,5
One may work.
