Having now successfully made this multi-regional by using the hack posted by Mew in June, I now need to know how to disable the Macrovison on my machine so that I can record DVD`s. Can anybody help?

Hi.. i own the same model dvd... i`ve found the hack for my player for multi region to... but could you inform me of your link please.... i`m on the look out for the Macro hack also but haven`t found it yet... but they say two heads are better than one...
I do have a hack to enable VCD`s...if you would like it, keep me posted & i you...regards Bill D

Thanks for the reply. The original hack was posted on the 13th of June by mew, included the info. to enable VCD, and suggested the hack may work for two other players. Pleased to hear from you, will keep seaching, and post any positive results. Regards.
