I can`t help you directly with a hack for this machine but if the processor type it uses can be of assistance to the more technically minded who frequent these pages then I think I can help. If when you select "Set Up" on your handset you get a set of options (Language : Video : Audio : More Audio : Rating) across the top of the screen and a bluey/grey DVD logo on the screen the the processor is probably a :

Also I think it is known as Vaddis 5A or 5E.
