Hi,
I have tried using the 108a hack & no hidden menu appears - i guess the boffins at Technika have changed chips again.
I also tried the other option & no Preference Menu appears therefore i cant get to the stage after
HELP

Just posted on the other forum for this but here it is
1st switch unit on open tray using remote then press set up then press the volume up down up down(bottom right of remote) in that order then press the right button (next to the ok ) until it says 255 on the screen then press set up to exit and your dvd player is now region free happy viewing

MANY THANKS FOR INFO , I HAVE A PROBLEM IN THAT USING A DVD PURCHASED FRON CANADA IT WILL ONLY PLAY IN BLACK AND WHITE , YET ALL OTHER DVDS ARE FINE , ANYONE ANY IDEAS ON THIS .

i just got this dvd player, and tried both versions here, and just let me say, i have an rce encoded (the best one i test my multi region hacks on), and its the one above with the "volume" buttons up and down, and not the left and right buttons.
