Anyone got multi region hack for this dvd player

No guarantees but try this
Press the open button on the front of the player to open the drive tray
Press the setup button on the remote control
Using the left button on the remote change the display to the Preference Page
Press the down button on the remote to highlight the set tv standard
Using the remote press the buttons 4,9,5,4,0 in order one at a time You may need to do this step quicker or slower to get it right
The onscreen display will display the currently selected region
Using the up and down buttons on the remote change this to region 0
Press the setup button on your remote control
Power off your player
Power on your player

the code for the 108A works on the 104 i have used it

Hi, I`ve just bought a Technika 104 and after reading your post tried to unlock the player.After entering the setup menu, the left button doesn`t do anything, I can`t get to the Preference Page, what am I doing wrong ?

Hi ya. Love to know how you got this to work. Did you do anything different from the instructions?

Is there something we are missing? The 108A does not appear to work for my player.

Has the firmware changed? This unit purchased 12/12/04 .Anyone?

I bought my 104 yesterday (19/12/04) and this hack works. It took a couple of goes cos the remote isn`t the most responsive but keep at it cos it does work:-

Turn Player on
OPEN using remote
Press SETUP
Press volume buttons UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN
Press the RIGHT button
You will notice a number appear towards the top right of your screen (2 i think).
Keep pressing RIGHT until the number changes 255
Press SETUP to exit
Your player will now be region free

i have the technika 108a i been trying the hack code at top of this forum but i cant get to the preference page. has anyone had luck unlocking there 108?
