I have a multi-region pioneer dv535 is there any way to disable macrovision ?

Only by changing the firmware - either replace the firmware chip or have new firmware uploaded by a "chipper" .... the new firmware should be Multiregion and Macro disabled

I have fond a site that sells such a device but was trying to see if anyone had any experience with the Mac Master.
