Here you are:
[*]Open tray and wait 10 seconds [*]Press 2, 1, 6 and 8 [*]Change region via menu using the Enter button, 9 represents muliregion [*]Close tray
If it`s not co-operating then try:
[*]Empty DVD tray [*]Using the remote control, press Setup [*]Type 1,3,6,9 [*]The current Region Code is displayed [*]Press Up and Down keys to change [*]Change to 0 [*]Exit by pressing Enter [*]Exit Setup by pressing Setup
