Page 1 of Pioneer DV 414: Need Region`s 2-6, have Region 1

Have tried the Remove Disc & closed door, Menu- Enter- Display- Condtion- and press say 2, it does not take, just jumps to another option. Any advise? Am I chipped bound? Thanks for any help.
