Hi i thought i was on to a winning finding this site but i have a sony dvd player but there are no hack codes for sony.
If poss i would like a code for my Sony DVP-S525D dvd player.

Nokiaman, I doubt if you will get a remote hack for Sony. There is a company which sells chipped remotes can make sony players multi-region. Search in Google for words dvd and chips.
