Page 1 of Playstation 2 Multi Region Hack needed!!!!

Does any body hav n e clue how i can hack the PS2 to watch mutli region DVD`s besides the dam multiregion disc for the PS2 cant b bothered 2 put that in all the time???????

Press O x 2 times
Press R1 x 5 times
Press X x 7 times

It`s a load of rubbish, unfortunately - there is no multi-region hack for the PS2. Someone presumably just made it up as a joke.

You can hack a PS2, but you need to buy a third party software package called DVD Region X, made by www.codejunkies.com. I forget how much it is, but I don`t recall it costing the earth.

:( Be very careful with DVD Region X as it will not work with all PS2`s, in most cases an upgrade is required from the web for newer machines the newer the PS2 the lass chance there is of Region X working. E-mails to Datel support are not answered

Apparently there is a hack for the PS2 (dont know if its the one mentioned) but only for PS2` with SCPH 10000 serial numbers. I`m guessing this is an early model PS2.
