Does anyone know how to make Alba 114 play VCD`s ?

Hi, I know the Alba 114 is Multi Regional out of the box. I can play R1 DVD`s I`m not sure about RCE DVD`s haven`t tried yet. But can anyone help with a code for playing VCD`s
