Does anyone know how to get multi region to work using the standard Philips remote. I have tried 121 212 005 255 but that hasnt worked. Surely I dont have to buy another remote??
There seems to be loads of different stories about people using all three codes (.......001 ......002 .....255) and then it working, nobody seems to know why though. Can anyone clarfiy (this didnt work for me either)?

be careful i have knackerd my dvdr 1000 by trying those hacks now my machine is the repair shop being put right it just seized up after being used twice
