Page 1 of DVD Decrypter problem

Hi All
when I used dvddecryptor with Starwars Ep2, I got the following after 2 minutes:

I figure that this is due to a possiblr scratch on the disc. Or could it be that Lucas has notched up the level of dvd-protection.
