thinking of buying the above machine from richer sounds there website says its multi-region+it plays vcds,but after speaking to them they tell it wont play vcds,is there a hack for it to play vcds?thanks

I bought one on 21/11/02 and was also told that it would not play VCDs and would have to buy a more expensive model. I bought it anyway and followed the vcdhelp.com hacks and am pleased to say it works. Unfortunately Richer seem to be ignoring the vcd hack codes - vested interest perhaps?
