when i use the remote to get to the part were the 11 dashes comes up my phillips 880 only shows 9 ive tried both numbers then turned power of when put power back on tryed region 1 film comes up wrong region any advice please thanks

If you are trying to make it multi region you will need a 6 in 1 or 4 in 1 remote. it always shows only 9 dashes i have hacked mine recently with success. trust me it does work. get your self the remotes you cannot do it with out them.
