Page 1 of PHILIPS DVD 634 REGION HACK REQUIRED!!

Does anyone have a multi region hack for this DVD player? The DVD is available in Woolies.

this model is produced for philips not by them hence the 750 trick does not work

found it

1 - open the tray on the player
2 - press 0000 on the remote control
3 - now press the key for the rgion you wish to set (1-6) or press 0 for all regions
4 - its now done, should be confirmed by osd

Does this work ok. Do RCE discs work? Do I need to press enter or anything between each stage of entering the hack.

I do not no about the rce discs but just follow the steps with no enters and it should work fine

I tried the open tray press 0000 + 0 close tray nothing at all happened!

Any suggestions?
I bought a region 1 dvd thinking mine was multi regional. doh!
