Page 1 of hack for philips 930

Does any one have a hack for this unit i have a one for all remote but its (4 in 1 urc - 7541) or a hack that i could use with its remote

1.Put the player into standby mode on the remote control
2.Press the number button on the remote controle corresponding to the region you whis to
select press 1 for region 1 .2 for region 2 you may also try 0 for region free.
Respond if it works.

Gunnar: Nay, squire, thou do talketh crappe! ;) The ONLY (known) working hack which overcomes the 25 changes rule is the RC6 method. The method you mention are the instuctions given to change region on CHIPPED machines!

bilkox... if your one4all remote comes with a dvd and a "magic" button, you can apply the patch. If your remote can`t operate with a dvd player, I think you might go for a better one.
If you own a Palm Pilot you still can apply Haggis patch using the method explained on this web. Check http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/full/philips750.asp

thanks for the tip but i was able to change the (aux) button on my remote to dvd. But thanks all the same
