ok i just got a samsung m-105 and i need to know if i can get a crack to play all vcd discs. i have tried 3 different movies and none of them worked. i heard it only plays vivastar discs but i cant get them. is there any way to play all discs without getting it chipped? thanks

SVP (http://www.blankdiscshop.co.uk) sell the Vivastar CD-Rs, I think. Even those aren`t guaranteed to work, though - the laser used in the M105 simply wasn`t designed to read CD-Rs.

I have owned a M105 I used Princo cdr`s known for working with fussy cd & dvd players they have a different coating to standard cdr`s.Even then I had moderate success I created photo albums to play on my DVD and they where not perfect. The M105 plays DVD`s very well but nothing else! If you must play cdr`s then I am afraid you must do what I did buy another DVD player that does cdr`s.
