WHY!
Bangkok, along with Sovelec, tend to use Hit Harder against everyone else so they deserve whatever they get.

Well, because my dex is so high (compared with Bangkok`s), using hit harder meant my strength went from 60 odd to 2000 or so - and the match was over in no time at all.

That`s never stopped them in the past.
I`ve fought them when their strength was double mine & they still used HH.
