Iv`e just done the same and accidently clicked on refuse. I cant remember who it was but I would never delibaratly refuse a challenge

Sorry it was an accident. Maybe it could ask are you sure Yes or No just in case you do click refuse by accident as it cost both of us XP Points and Ozzywozzy a wasted challenge
