Dont believe it, both the film & the new game have been canned due to Sept 11th with film makers set to lose $100 million !!
Saw it on "Game-Pad" last week (Bravo channel gaming program)

Nah - doubt it`s been dumped - I saw the trailer for it at the cinema a couple of weeks ago. The original trailer for the film was canned last year because it had footage of the twin towers in it.
What`s the matter with you people? Has the "Chinless Wonder" a.k.a. George Lucas completely brain-washed you all? Am I the only one looking forward to this movie?

You have obviously confused the teaser trailer being canned with the movie. Everything is still on, ETA May 3.

It certainly hasn`t been `canned`...in fact the Twin Towers scenes will now be included in the film.

The only thing that was canned was the original trailer,which showed the escaping bank robbers helicopter trapped in a web between the twin towers. The movies British release was originally going to be on may 10th, but has now been put back to June 14th,most probably because "Star wars 2" is being released on May 16th. Can`t wait as "Spidey" rocks..................
