one i tried which worked when i 1st gave it ago, 5 6 7 method or something, breath in for 5 hold for 6 breath out for 7, i was surprised it worked for me. keep doing it till you nod off. worth a try at least? maybe it was 4 5 6, something like that anyhow, im just about to try it now lol.
