Can you just buy (single) empty DVD cases like you can buy packs of CD cases?

i guess they`re the big pile of AOL cds which no-doubt mount up in every sorting office around the UK

"Kill Off`s" are the letters and AOL discs which are addressed to people who are no longer at the address.
Most letters get sent back if return address but not AOL discs in DVD cases.
If you postman can`t help then call in at your local sorting office and ask.
