What would be the purpose of this? (I know what a TOC is, I`m just curious as to why a site listing them would be useful.)

i suspect he needs them to boot DVDR`s, which if u don`t know are PS2 games copied using a DVD-Writer on a DVDR disk and you need an original ps2 with a large TOC to boot them.

Devil May Cry has the biggest TOC of any PS2 game to date. GTA3 is also very large.
