I`m thinking about buying the DVD Region X for the Playstation 2 but i`m curious about how it works. Is there any way you can play reg 1 dvd`s without having to put this disk in before you watch every time? This sounds very inconvenient! Please help. :-)

Its very simple to use.....
All you do is put the RegionX in, select your region and the tray ejects which you then swap for your movie.
I would,nt buy one just now, there is a magazine calles PSi2 which is giving the RegionX away free with its next issue.
The magazine costs £3.99

I bought the mag today and the disc on the front only lets you change the reg coding 5 times, then you can`t use it any more!

Pumpdad, I say u buy the "DVD Advantage" Pack from Play for only £17.99. It includeds the Region X, a remote control and a scart lead. So basically ur sorted. I just got mine a couple of days ago but haven`t got any R1 dvds just yet.
