Let me start the ball rolling with one from Family Guy:

Sick but funny.

Simpsons:

:-) (If anyone can post the whole thing intact, go for it, but I wont just incase I get it wrong and offend the Simpson gods).

Futurama

Burns calling an ice cream van `the frozen pudding wagon`

Wiggum (I think it was Wiggum) calling Burns a `decrepid monkey skeleton`

The spooky kid in `The Bloodening` horror film in one Simpsons episode saying to a scared villager `I know what you`re thinking, now you`re thinking...I hope that`s sheperds pie in my knickers`

The list is endless in The Simpsons. I don`t think Futurama can compete with The Simpsons on any level personally, but hey...that`s only my humble opinion.
