I am a long time lurker but need some advice. We have been put on short time at work so over the next 8 weeks I will only be working 4 of them , the other 4 will be wiothout pay, but don`t know which ones yet.
Does anybody know if I am entitled to claim anything from the government for the days I do not work? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think Citizen`s Advice Bureau would be best place to ask

Or your local Job Centre Plus, which is where I`d start in your position...
