How do you put a funky signature?

Some have pictures and links and other cool stuff.

I have nothing :(

Please give me a step by step process. Cos all I get is a window and it looks like all I can do is put text.

Thanks

Most signatures people have created and then uploaded to a site that lets you store pictures like photobucket. Then its a case of going into "Change Details" on the left under Your Account and placing the image link in the box that says Signature. It all sounds a bit daunting but its not. When you do do it just make sure the image isn`t to big.

I think I know what you mean. Ill give it a try. It does sound daunting :).

Wish there was an easier way. If I have any problems, I`ll be back :)

Thanks

Upload the image to photobucket or similar.

Cut & paste the link with [img]][/img]* in it or add the [IMG]] tag around the picture URL.

*Forget the second ], thats only so you can see the tag.

There was a longer thread from years back where someone was having difficulty, just tried a quick search for it without luck.

EDIT - Darn firewall at work is blocking Photobucket, just tried to login to my account.

I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.
