well I guess I have met her, she is crazy or insane which ever makes her feel better that day.She wanted to make me feel as if I didn`t know what I was doing but all she did was confused herself and guess what I`m going on holiday and I`m not going back! So wish me luck that I find another job while on holiday. :)

I know exactly how you feel Ella, My Boss is so manipulitve, hypicritical and she`s such a control freak constantly lieing to get her own way! Its like that old saying "They sacrifice all happiness to get where they are and then wanna make eveyone around them as miserable as they are.
Guess what ... she`s not married.

Well it`s 11:39 pm here but few hours earlier it was going to be the last day before my vacation started.I knew what was going to happen because as I preticted how my boss function the day before I knew there was going to be an explosion.When I arrive to work at 6:30 am my boss arrive at 7 :15 am, thats right I waited 45 minutes outside of the bakery . This happens everyday I`m there, I`m on time she is always late and this happens even when she has a cake orders, it`s never done on time.And guess what her husband had to deliver some cakes and she had him waitfor the cakes, except he didn`t wait quietly he went nuts on her.It went like this: You stupid bitch you are never on time your always late, you can`t run a business like this! This got to stop who the hell you think you are you cannot do this! It went on n on louder n louder I thought for a moment someone was going to get killed, my poor nervous stomach all I did was decorated those two cakes as fast as I can.What did she say while he was yelling at her, in a low Minnie mouse voice she said listen you keep it up and these people aren`t going to have their cakes!I know he is correct and she is totally wrong but the yelling was totally wrong . There was customers outside hearing all this, plus their employees where so nervous and scared.But after a while they both husband n wife took it outside behind the store.

What happen afterwards he came over to me and said he was very sorry and he doesn`t want me to quit and said have you ever had a bad time in your life and you know this is like a bad nightmare you want it to be over n take control to make things go back to normal. I felt so much empathy for him , there were tears on his face, I knew I cannot get involved in this but all I said to him was listen I am here to work and decorated your cakes and I cannot get involve in this she is my boss as you are also and I cannot take sides, I am very nervous and so are the others that work here, your customers heard all that yelling, it`s not good for business, you both need to get this resolved thats all I can say. And he said I know but just hang in there don`t quit things are going to change ok. :(

Sadly enough I am going to leave the bakery as much as I like it. Only because things aren`t working as it should.But how can I tell her husband he isn`t at fault?, because I know she will make him feel it is his fault and it isn`t.So can someone here direct me how I should handle this or just go away quietly. :¦
