BBC News reporting that Bernard Manning`s agent has released the news that the comedian has passed away following an illness.

Always sad when one of the old comics passes away, but big Bernard`s jokes tended to be an aquired taste. RIP.

They were of their time,times move on.

Ryno, in my eyes it is no great loss. Have not said I am happy about it, just no great loss. I don`t feel it is harsh at all.
