Page 1 of Musical Rights?

I have been searching the interweb for the last few days as i`m trying to find who owns the rights to "My Fair Lady",

don`t worry I havent suddenly over taken the doc in the % rates, just looking at possibles for the school play next term...

Stuck for ideas really - so maybe you gurus know where to go or where to look?

I would have thought the first place would be Cameron Macintosh as he has just taken the West End version (and then toured here) over to Broadway. I also think his office would point you in the right direction if its not the Great man himself.
