Page 1 of Ebay problems - sent wrong item

Hi, have you come across this scenario before?

I bought an item from ebay which turns out to be a different version and in pretty poor condition.
Seller wants me to pay for both delivery charges even though he misrepresented the item (albeit innocently).

Your thoughts?

Seems seller will refund my item and original P&P but wont refund my cost to return the item. If I dispute this will I get this back through Ebay? Seller says not.
