hi bought a digihome pvr from argos, had it 4 days and had nothing but trouble with it. my question is because it is exempt from the 16 day money back return, will they still give me a refund as it is clearly faulty. symptoms are channels tune in and out even though i can get freeview on my old box, it switches to standby mid record. i dont want a replace ment as i have read of the problems with this model. anyone know what to do? >:(

Yes you can get a refund as the 16 day rule only applies if you simply change your mind. If they give you any agro, go on about "The item is not fit for the purpose it was sold for"..etc etc...Should be fine though :)

got a full refund, so every thing turnd out ok. shopping about now for my next toy, cheers
