Page 1 of Have I got S.A.D - cos i bloomin well feel like it

Its one of those days where the weather is dodgy, the clouds are grey and the sky is dark. I feel like killing someone. yet nothing is wrong...how can that be?
I could go home now and curl up (not curl one up) and sleep.

I`m putting it down to seasonal affective disorder.
i need bright lights and fresh smells - anyone else suffering this week?

When I have to get up for work I have to wake up at 5am. I sometimes feel like I have S.A.D. but I realise its just tirdness more than anything.

I read somewhere that S.A.D. is a recognised illness suffered by a vast majority of people. I`d go and check yourself out with your local doctor just to make sure.
