1) I didnt think selling this sort of thing was allowed on e-bay?

2) anything look strange on this bidding pattern to anyone else?? (note I dont use e-bay so it could be that there is an obvious explanation why it is showing the same person upping the bid three times on the trot for no reason but I just dont know it so it looks weird to me)

Tried buying tickets yesterday on pre order, and again today for Notts, no joy whatsoever.
Absolute joke that people are able to sell £25 tickets for £100 plus. Ebay should be made to take these down by the promotors.

I know its a case of "if you want them, then you`ll pay what any price", but this is getting stupid.
Genuine people who want tickets have no chance when you`ve got people from Newcastle buying 4-6 tickets for a gig in London or Nottingham, then claiming that they are an unwanted gift or no longer able to go (when they have just bought them 10 minutes before listing them) >:( >:( >:(

W***ers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There`s nothing the matter with doing that, I don`t know what people`s problem is?!

I`ve been going to gigs for the last eighteen years and the sight of the same old ticket touts hanging around venues never seems to get people`s backs up like ebay does, why is that?!
I`ve missed out on getting tickets for gigs that I really want to see loads of times - life`s hard, get a helmet!!

I`ve also sold a good few tickets on ebay, sometimes for artists who I can`t stand and sometimes for gigs that I intended to go to but couldn`t for one reason or another. I made £700 on a pair tickets for one of Madonna`s recent Wembley dates....some guy from Cape Town with more money than sense (and taste)! :)

Touts do get on my dick, but and here is the clincher. I would only expect to see a tout outside the gig. If I am outside the gig I all ready have a ticket. So not a problem.

The re-sale of (genuine) tickets for non-sporting events is fair game as far as I`m concerned, whether it`s by touts or on auction sites, why don`t people get wound up about something a bit more important?
