I remember sometime ago happening upon a website that rates region 1 releases against region 2, but for the life of me, I can`t find it any more. Can anyone help?

I believe the web site you are referring to is: www.dvdcompare.org.uk
There may well be others but this is one I use.

There`s also bytesandbobs.com though I personally prefer dvdcompare !
