Page 1 of I`ve just been banned from a forum

I can`t believe it,i was banned from Gamespy forums for spamming because i included a link to my website in my signature (which i do on all forums that i visit).
I would understand if i plastered it in every forum on there but it was just a harmless signature.
It wouldn`t been as bad if i had been warned,then i could of explained myself.

e-mail them and explain the situation anyway making sure you hint in some form that you are not best pleased that you were not approached and given at least a warning before being banned

Youll find many forums on the net are run like totalitarian regimes - give some mook administrative/moderator privelages, and they think they`re the boss of the world.

You won`t be missing much. Gaming forums are like pulling teeth. If they`re not full of elitist poseurs, they`re overrun with illiterate douchbags.

Except ours. :)
