I know they take it with a mouth swab but what happens if you refuse?

Edit: Ok, I just asked and policey people and they recon that they would arrest you under suspicion, then you would be forced to give DNA.

well I wonder how as your not allowed to assault anyone to obtain blood so unless they would give you a good kicking and swab the blood I do not know.

As to what I have been doing that requires my DNA?? mmmm that would be telling lol

On the same theme. What happens if they want to take blood to see if you are over the limit and you are terrified of needles?
I am terrified of needles but this problem will never arise as I do not drive. Just curious.

Presumably they could do you for failing to provide a specimen (and whatever else they can make up).
