I had a similar problem with them, then I emailed them on:

and I received a reply within hours. I hope this helps.

I`ve had a similar black hole on an order I placed 10- days ago - just started to chase them too.

Thanks for all the help, they said that it was out of stock and they have shipped it today. there is the Dogma problem however. It was aparently shipped on the 20th but i havent got it yet. How long do u have to wait?

I`ve been waiting a couple of weeks for Platoon. I assume the disaster in the States would have slowed things down but I have received two from AB Sound I ordered on the same day. So maybe they are out of stock. My ISP`s been giving me gip since the day after the disaster so I haven`t had access to e-mail. I`ll give it a few more days.

Funnily enough, when I emailed directly they replied and said mine had just come in to stock and was being sent today....

yes thats the same bullsh*t they said to me. I still have not got Dogma Spec Ed from them yet and that was supposedly shipped on the 20th and today is the 28th. Makes you wonder who to turn to next. I have had problems with nearly all the retailers i have used. Play247 included. The best retailers are the aus ones. Never had any probs with them whatsoever. DVDcrave especially. Lovely service. Lovely Prices Lovely packaging. Lovely Jubbly Top retailer 10/10. Ordered 10 discs from them.

My Dogma was shipped on the 20th apparently and i still havent got it. What the hell is going on? I am putting these lot on my black list. Never using them again.....ever. Regardess of whether i get my discs or not

Maybe everything is slower as security has become tighter. The airlines also seem to be cutting services as less people want to fly so maybe there`s less capacity to carry our precious shiny things. I`ve been wondering if postal charges may rise as a consequence and we might see the end of free delivery.
