Page 1 of Way off topic....MS Excel

Anyone out there know a little bout Excel Formulas?, I`ve been racking my brain, and the help section for the last 6 hours trying to solve, what should be a fairly easy problem!, I `m at work(on a SUNDAY!!) and need to hand a report into my manager tomorrow, so really would appreciate any help.


My prob is as follows:

Country Hour
USA 10
UK 5
ITALY 3
USA 10
USA 9
etc etc....

Basically I need to create a formula that will calculate ONLY when two criteria have been met. i.e, Count all USA & 10, UK & 5, etc....


Not sure if I made myself clear, but I am really getting worked up. Please help if you can.

Just out of interest, how did you do this? The easy way, without messing with formulas, is to autofilter on USA and 10.
