Please could as many people as possible take a few seconds to sign my petition to get angel released in anamorphic widescreen rather thatn pan and scan.

It would be a bit difficult as they filmed it for TV and to make it widescreen would mean cutting off the top and bottom of the picture. I would rather have the 4:3 if that`s what it takes to get it to widescreen.
Secondly, it`s probably a bit late to have a petition on it as they probably started work to transfer it already.

Raymond, it was originally filmed in widescreen in preparation of HD TV. They are making it Pan and Scan instead - not exactly the greatest decision.
FYI Buffy from season 4 onwards and angel from season 1 onwards were recorded in widescreen
