I think she was in `DRIVE` as well, a truly excellent film and DVD from Hong Kong Legends, I think her name is Britanny Murphy, or something like that.

I was sure it was Mena Suvari! Shes in the film that the music video is from , Loser. Shes also in American Beauty, I am sure its her lol.
