Serious question.
Do Companies Operating In The UK Have To Have A Proper Contact Address & Phone Number When Taking Credit Card Details For Billing Purposes.
Also Were On The Internet Would You Find That Information If They Do Not Reply To E-mails.
Thanks.

registered or PLC (public limited companies) have to be registered at Companies House, in London, they should have contact details, not sure how to get the information that you require from them or the cost involved...

hope this is of some help?

Providing they`re a registered company, you can search Companies House for free (only 7am up to midnight, Mon - Sat). Click >>>here<<<

It is a requirement under the Distance Selling Regulations that retailers must have a non-PO box contact address and a contact telephone number displayed on their website. Failure to do so is a breach.
