its a low end player....saying that its about time hitachi release a high end player with Prog..scan & dvd audio.

How it handles we shall soon see.

I have heard from Canada that the 415 has a better picture then bothe the 505 & 705.

I have also found out that all new hitachi`s are using the C-Cube ZIVA 4.1 chipset.

My 505 picture was even inferior to Juan Cere`s snapshots.

I hope youre able to sell your 505 like I did. Piece of advice. Tell the mug you cant demonstrate its superb picture quality as your TV has packed in.
