Did you hear the one about the Irish bank robbers?
So guys, how are you going to spend 20 million quid in Northern Irish banknotes? Wouldn`t it have been a better idea to have tried this one in Dublin and nicked Euros instead?

Your right, its not the easiest currency to pass over the counter, especially if you are outwith Northern Ireland :D
I note the following in an on-line news site.......
The gang behind the £22 million Northern Bank heist may be forced to dump more than half the cash, as at least £13 million of the missing money is made up in new notes.
Money laundering experts in Britain believe it will be virtually impossible to shift the cash without raising suspicions.

"How many English men does it take to guard a bank?"
I find the racial stereo-typing insulting. The words you chose are not even indicitive of any Northern Ireland accent, so not only is it insulting, its inaccurate.

Being from Leicester (lesta) I have the p*** ripped out of me all the time about my accent. I really could not give a toss. As an English man I have been called a pommy and a limey. I really could not give a toss. Have been called a white piece of s*** by a group of aisian lads as they drove past. Oh, I am so hurt. You`ve guest it. I really could not give a toss.
I am taking it you are NI. Never taken the mick (can I say that) out of an Englishman?
There really is alot more in the world to worry about.

Ban everything just incase someone gets offended.

as is your spelling....
:D

Just because you dont give a toss if somebody insults your nationality doesnt mean other people dont. The words you chose imply the accent. If those bank robbers had been of another ethnic group, like Pakistani or Chinese, and stereo-typical languge used to represent them it would be no less offensive.

A bit like Dick Van Dyke in Marry popins then. I am from an ethnic group (English) so I will complain to the tv watchdog if any station shows this film again. While we are at ban farther ted as it has a stupid Irish man in it. Can`t have that now can we.
I from now on will not speak or type just incase I insult someone. Bowfer is no doubt offended by my spelling.
