Was doing a good deed for my neighbour, an old lady
and i got a parking fine for just one wheel on the kurb/pavment.

So as the heading suggest, do anyone know The Loopole Secrets to get parking tickets legally cancelled.

Sleep around. It worked for "friends" of Blunket (allegedly).

Just write em a letter telling them she`s old and stressed by the situation - honest mistake, never had an accident an all that. Reall sorry etc... See what happens.

Worked twice for me and that was speeding offences!!! (not being old but it being honest mistakes etc.....blah blah blah)

Of course, you were loading and unloading at the time, you had gone into the elderly persons house delivering items, you parked your vehicle on the kerb for your safety whilst unloading and for the safety of passing traffic.

Under these circumstances you request that the notice be withdrawn!

They`ll normally send your request to the TW / police officer issuing the ticket for their thoughts. You can only try!!

Umm how about `You knew for definate that you dod not park on the path ,there must have an earth tremor that shifted the pavement to your car ? ` :/

If anyone knows a way of getting out of a speeding fine as well, I would be gratefull for the infor.

I was doing 41 in a 30 zone. Twelve midnight, picking my girlfriend up from Cardiff, main road with no houses, just big super stores like PC World and TGI Friday.

No need, not like I was driving past a school or anything..........

Not that I condone speeding at all, but at least you were doing a "decent" speed when you got nicked - I was done a couple of weeks ago for doing 35 in a 30 zone, now that`s REALLY annoying >:(

I normally do keep to the speed limit, in 30 & 40 zones anyway, that`s why I`m so annoyed.

Oh well, it`s only for 3 years.
