Chavs won`t be disappointed at all, they wouldn`t sully themselves with actually buying one, heavens no, they`ll just burgle your house to get yours..

Why do we, the consumer, put up with retailers ripping us off every Christmas? Every year there is a `shortage` of something, it`s all a con! I wasn`t getting mine until January anyway so it doesn`t bother me...but it`s still annoying!

I agree the overpriced packages are ripping people off, but I know that Currys have packages from £120 upwards, frikkin damned good value in most, and any branch that can get hold of a unit will sell any package. They will sell the unit only if insisted upon, but as the packages are GENUINE there`s generally no point

Think really the quote above should be "manufacturers creating shortages allowing certain Retailers to rip us off" ;)

Hardly Sony`s fault that a supertanker broke down in the Suez Canal and there`s over 100 ships backed up, is it ????!!!!! :/
They`re chartering cargo flights to try and meet demand.
Have you any idea what a charter cargo flight from Japan to the UK costs ????
You won`t get much change,if any,from £100K per flight.
Sony must be taking a helluva hit on their profits doing this,so they should really be applauded.
