Does anyone remember Jamborees?
I`m talking about the biscuit with the pink or orange marshmallows, coconuts and jammy bit down the middle. I can`t find them in any of the big supermarkets and I have a massive craving for some reason... Do they even exist anymore?
RE: Does anyone remember Jamborees?
me mam used to buy these every week. A packet of jamborees and a packet of munchmallows, which were a similar thing but round! Havent seen them in donkeys years though!

see: Looks like you`re not the only one craving them ;) Apparently also known as "Hairy Marys"

Also this search reckons you can get them in Asda.

Asda definately sell them as I bought some a month ago. They only have the raspberry and they have a different name now (can`t remember it at the moment). The trouble with these biscuits is you can`t just eat one, which is the same effect jaffa cakes have on me :(
RE: Does anyone remember Jamborees?
I suffer from the same affliction as far as Jaffa Cakes go. I had to stop buying them! Off to ASDA it is, but it`s a pity they only do the raspberry ones now...

Dang - for a minute I thought you were referring to Jamboree Bags. My dad used to bring them home for me and my sis on a Thursday night.
He usually smelled of beer, oddly enough, so must have been a guilt thing :D
