RE: Credit Card billed by DIAGE
Perhaps an existing webmail/storage account has been transferred to DIAGE? Were/are you subscribing to similar services from another company?
RE: Credit Card billed by DIAGE

I got an email from the company today reading:-
We looked at your transaction and it seems that it was a fraudulent one.
We have refunded the payment and closed the account associated with that
payment. We, therefore, kindly ask you to cancel your dispute at the credit
card organization if you have already done it. Normally, your money should
be reflected on your card account in 2-4 days.
But I still havnt got a clue how they got my details :(

No one seems to be really definite tho? Some posts here are linking it to a particular keylogger http://forums.eyo.com.au/showthread.php?t=58344&page=2&pp=15 Might be worth double checking for spyware on the off chance it isn`t DVD Pacific related.

Well, I had to cancel my own card this morning - looked at my statement and there were two hooky payments to a firm called Paycom.Net! >:(
There was a payment of £1.10 for "RKNet" and one for £3.36 for "BangB". I have no idea what these are, all I know is that I didn`t make them.
Yes, I have ordered from DVDPacific recently, but I see no reason to blame them at the moment. I`ve bought from quite a few other companies with this card, and these charges aren`t the Diage.com ones that everyone else seems to be getting.
It`s infuriating, but I suppose I should put it into perspective - I`ve been buying online for over 7 years and this is the first time I`ve been stung like this.
