Ipaq sat nav choices

Dogma (Mostly Harmless) posted this on Sunday, 8th August 2004, 21:00

I have an Ipaq 3830, and am looking at adding sat nav to it, not sure if it`s me or the IT guys making this works computer do strange things as I am looking at my options, but I`m starting to look like Zidane. Have any of you got any recommendations. Her that has to be obeyed, hasn`t set a budget, but always demands a good deal.
Thanx all.

Hello Dogma,

There are loads of options for you with that Ipaq, far too many to list here.
Have you looked here http://www.pocketgps.co.uk and here www.expansys.co.uk.

They offer great advice through the forums and huge choices of kit.

I don`t think the 3830 is Bluetooth so you`ll need a wired option, but still, there are many choices.

I went for a TomTom package with my Ipaq, it`s close to being the cheapest but it suits me and hasn`t let me down yet.

Good luck,

Neil.
